Coach Rehman 'Rides for Palestine'

In response to the recent military offensive taking place in Gaza & the West Bank by the occupying Israeli forces during Ramadhan 2021, Ummah Welfare Trust partnered up with a number of volunteers in the Midlands to organise a demanding charity fundraiser where cyclists would ride a 120 mile course from Coventry to Blenheim Palace, on to Windsor Castle, finally arriving in Hyde Park in London.... all in a single day!

Our very own Coach Rehman put himself forward for this incredible feat and trained hard throughout April & May (you may even have spotted him cycling past at some point!).

All proceeds went to the people in Gaza who are directly affected by the oppression and struggling to get by without basic necessities such as clean water & electricity.

Although the original fundraising target was £10,000.... the final total reached a staggering £62,091!
